MyGrievance - A Platform to Luggage Grievances
We have developed MyGrievance, a tool that serves as a platform to lodge sentiments from the public.
This tool provides a service to the public to lodge grievances against Central or State government organizations. By using this tool, the public can comment on any department of Central or State government organizations such as Central, State governments, and local governments.
We also developed MyGrievance to help the public keep track of sentiments that are pending.
The tool is developed in such a way that it allows users to enter information about the grievance and submit it for review by their peers. Once the complaint is received, it is monitored, and if it is found to be valid, it is handled by the management of the organization.
